Sales & marketing AI

Marketing output that does not scale with headcount

AI that drafts the content, tests the ad copy, keeps the channels fed and works out which customers are worth a personal call - so a team of two produces at the volume of a team of eight.

The small-team problem

Small Australian businesses rarely lose to bigger competitors on strategy. They lose on production volume. The bigger competitor publishes weekly, tests four ad variants, segments its list and personalises its follow-up, because it has people whose whole job that is.

AI does not give you their budget. It does give you their output. The parts of marketing that are craft - knowing your customer, having a point of view, deciding what is true about your business - stay with you. The parts that are volume move.

The distinction matters, because AI marketing done badly is obvious and it damages a brand. The goal is not to publish more words. It is to remove the production ceiling that stops good ideas from reaching anyone.

What we build

Content generation

Drafting pipelines grounded in your own material - your service pages, your past proposals, your actual tone - rather than generic output that reads like every other AI blog. A human still edits and approves. The saving is in getting to a good draft in minutes instead of a blank page for a fortnight.

Ad copy optimisation

Variant generation and structured testing across your paid channels, so decisions come from performance data rather than from whoever wrote it feeling attached to it. Winners get promoted, losers get retired, and the loop keeps running without a person babysitting it.

Social media automation

Scheduling, repurposing and channel-appropriate rewriting from a single source piece - a long-form article becomes the LinkedIn post, the short-form caption and the newsletter item, each written for its channel rather than cross-posted identically.

Customer segmentation

Segments built from behaviour rather than guesswork: what people bought, when they last engaged, what they looked at and did not buy, how they came in. The output is a shortlist your sales team can actually work, not a chart in a slide deck.

Personalisation engines

Content, offers and follow-ups matched to the segment and the moment, across email, site and outbound. Personalisation that respects consent - opt-in, evidenced with a timestamp, and honoured - because under the Spam Act 2003 that is not optional.

Where the compliance line sits

Australian marketing law is stricter than the tools assume. The Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires consent, accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe on commercial electronic messages - and consent has to be evidenced, not asserted. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) governs what you may hold about a person and what you may do with it.

We build the evidence in rather than bolting it on: opt-in captured with a timestamp, source and IP; unsubscribe honoured across every system, not just the one that sent the message; segmentation that does not quietly become profiling nobody consented to.

This is also self-interest. A marketing automation that generates complaints costs more than the campaign earned, and the ACMA penalties are real.

Common questions

Will AI-written content hurt our search rankings?

Not on its own. Google's guidance targets content produced primarily to manipulate rankings, regardless of who or what wrote it. Content grounded in your real expertise, edited by a person and genuinely useful to a reader is fine. Bulk-published generic filler is not, and we will not build you a machine for producing it.

Can it write in our voice?

Yes, when there is a voice to learn from. We ground the generation in your existing material and iterate on tone with you. If the business has never really settled on a voice, that is worth fixing first - AI will faithfully scale whatever it is given, including vagueness.

Do we still need a marketer?

Yes. This removes the production ceiling, not the judgement. Someone still has to know the customer, decide what is worth saying and stand behind it. What changes is that they stop spending their week on drafting and scheduling.

How do you handle our customer data?

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, on Australian-based hosting, with marketing consent captured and evidenced separately from the enquiry itself. See our privacy policy and security page for specifics.

What is your marketing bottleneck?

For most SMBs it is not ideas, it is production - the blog nobody has time to write, the follow-up nobody sends. Thirty minutes, free, and we will point at the one worth automating first.
